Our client’s system uses well-established neurostimulator technologies and incorporates a proprietary algorithm that stimulates key airway muscles based on a patient’s unique breathing patterns. Inspire therapy is designed to reduce OSA severity and improve quality of life for patients living with this challenging condition.

Initiative: Improving Sleep – Application
The mobile application is allowing flawless communication with the implant intended to treat Obstructive Sleep Apnea. The application allows patients to have an overview of their sleep patterns as well as communication with doctors and clinics that can monitor and treat specific cases or advice on treatment. Part of the whole platform with one cause – better sleep and connecting clinics, doctors and patients in one place while providing both treatment and continuous monitoring.

Project Management: Scrum with daily meetings, platform sync, 2 week sprints, team lead grooming, squad grooming, retro and refinement.
IGA Team Extension: Two team members that worked on building the iOS mobile application as part of the Inspire Sleep Application with roles as Lead Technical Consultant/Team Lead – Software Engineering leading one of four Mobile Teams and Senior Technical Consultant – Software Engineering building the part of the mobile application that allows patient to track progress and see their sleep patterns.
