Initiative: End2End (Farmer-to-Fork) food manufacturing platform 

Building an end-to-end solution to support the process of food manufacturing starting from the farmer to the end customer. The solution includes activity tracking system for farming where farmers can track their activities and see real time how they contribute towards adding value and quality to the final product, sharing best practices and monitoring of production. As an additional component of the system is real time customer relationship management platform where the system allows the farmers and producers to monitor customer satisfaction and receive direct feedback on the market sentiment as well as statistics of performance on their goods in the retail chains.

Team: 17 Team members: 1 Project Manager/Product Owner, 1 Technical Lead, 1 Technical Lead/Scrum Master, 1 UI/UX Engineer, 10 Software Engineers and 3 Quality Assurance Engineers.

Project Management: Agile Scrum, Two week Sprints.

IGA Team Extension: One team members that worked on building the front-end of the system handling different types of user interactions as Senior Technical Consultant – Software Engineering whose main responsibility was creation of an efficient user interface based on the UI/UX designs provided using most modern React.js ecosystem concepts.
