Initiative: Ride Club Plus

Being one of the largest manufacturers for bicycles and cycling products our client created a value added initiative intended to unite bicyclists into one interest based social networks where non-professional cyclists can socialize based on their love and interest in bicycles. The product is a mobile application social network including many features interesting for the cycling community such as: route building, route finding, different types of challenges and competitive activities.

Technology Stack: Python Django, Django Rest Framework, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Objective-C, Swift, Android, Kotlin, Codemagic.

Team: 11 Team members: 1 Project Manager/Product Owner, 1 Business Analyst, 1 Technical Lead, 1 UI/UX Engineer, 1 Dev Ops, 4 Software Engineers and 2 Quality Assurance Engineers 

Project Management: Kanban with daily Stand-Up and Weekly Grooming meetings.

IGA Team Extension: One team members that worked on building the iOS mobile application as part of the social network with roles as Technical Consultant – Software Engineering whose main responsibility was different features of iOS mobile application as envisioned by the UI/UX team.
