Initiative: Virtual Therapy Application 

Our client advanced analytics identify individuals with unmet behavioral health needs, and its technology platform provides access to confidential, personalized virtual therapy when and where members want. 

Technology Stack: ReactJS, ReactNative, NodeJS, Typescript, Gitlab, Google Cloud, Google PubSub, Docker

Team: 7 Team members: 1 Product Owner, 1 Technical Lead, 1 UI/UX Engineer, 3 MERN (Full-Stack) Software Engineers and 1 Quality Assurance Engineer.

Project Management: Agile Scrum, Two week Sprints.

IGA Team Extension: One team member that worked on building the new functionalities of the system both on the front-end and the back-end of the application as interactions as Senior Technical Consultant – Software Engineering using the MERN. The composed team successfully followed the product vision and maintained the quality of the solution up to the highest standards of software engineering.
